Group Classes

Guided Training

from Beginner to Intermediate

Classes are 1x week for 4 to 6 weeks

1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes

Group classes are a fun and affordable option for those who want structured training, real-world exposure, ad professional guidance in a supportive environment.

Additional benefits to group classes:

Consistency and accountability
Dogs learn that cues apply everywhere - not just at home.
Structure and support helps boost confidence for both dog and owner.
Progress is seen in real-time
Classes are kept small enough for individual coaching

Group classes are not appropriate for dogs who have reactivity to people or other dogs. In many cases where reactivity is minimal, it can be successfully managed with special arrangements.

Manners Class

Manners classes run once a week for 6 weeks and are held either in Tyrone or in Sharpsburg. You will receive detailed home practice lessons and training tips that typically require no more than 15 minutes a day to see progress. To participate, dogs should not be exhibiting aggression towards other dogs or people. If you aren't sure, we can discuss prior to enrollment.

Manners 101

This class is for beginners or those who want to learn or review basic skills. Lessons include Loose Leash Walking, Polite Greetings, Relaxing/Staying Calm, Go to Place, Wait at the Door, and More!

Manners 201

This class expands upon the lessons in Manners 101 and progress from beginner to intermediate level. Participants need to have taken Manners 101, another basic obedience class, or be able to demonstrate basic obedience in a semi-distracted environment.

Scent Work

Introduction to Scent thru Advanced Scent Work

Scent work classes for dogs teach them to harness their sense of smell to discover hidden odors, a mentally stimulating and confidence-boosting experience for dogs of every breed.

These classes start with introduction to odor, advance to container searches, and progress to more complex challenges like interior, exterior, and buried searches.

These sessions can be private, semi-private, or group.

Group Classes Start at $185 for a series of 6.

Each level is a separate 6 week module.

Private Sessions

Puppy, Manners, Tricks, OR Scent Work

For personalized attention and common issues, these one-on-one training sessions offer a customized approach to address your dog's distinct requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted training. Sessions will be designed to meet your specific goals and can address a variety of issues, but are not suitable for behavioral concerns such as aggression or reactivity.

Please see options for Behavioral Coaching if your dog is struggling with fear, anxiety, aggression or reactivity.

If you aren't sure, contact me and we can discuss! You can also book a 30-minute introductory evaluation for $50.

Private sessions can be semi-private if you have friends or family members with additional dogs who want to participate together.

Private Sessions are $100 per hour

Package of 3 Sessions = $270 ($90 each)

Package of 5 Sessions = $425 ($85 each)

Package of 7 Sessions = $560 ($80 each)

Private Scent Work Sessions are $40 per 30 minutes

Private Scent Work sessions are only 30 minutes in length to prevent dog fatigue.

Behavioral Coaching

Individualized Sessions for Behavioral Modification

If you're grappling with behavioral challenges such as fear, anxiety, aggression, and reactivity, I will provide expert guidance and advice to help you understand what may be causing the problem. We'll develop a plan to prioritize and effectively manage your dog's behavioral issues.

Ideal for anyone struggling with dogs that exhibit difficult or potentially dangerous behaviors and need 1:1 behavioral modification sessions.

Initial Behavioral Consult: $175

60 minutes at trainer's house in Sharpsburg

Package of 4 Sessions $680 ($170 each)

Package of 6 Sessions $960 ($160 each)

Day Training

1 hour 15 minutes- just your dog and me!

The Day Training Service is where I train your dog for you–either in your home or out in the real world! It's designed to give your dog focused, hands-on training with a certified professional trainer while allowing you to still be an active part of the process. After each session, you'll receive video clips of me working with your dog, along with tips and helpful resources to reinforce their new skills at home. This way, you can continue building on their progress and maintain the behaviors we've worked on.

anyone looking to jumpstart their dog's training and build on skills at home

Many clients use Day Training as a maintenance program and schedule sessions on a semi-monthly or monthly basis. This helps address ongoing challenges, check in on progress, and provide specific guidance to keep your dog on track toward their goals.

Pricing (Each session is 1hr 15min):

Package of 3 Sessions = $495

Package of 5 Sessions = $775

Package of 7 Sessions = $1,015

Note: Session time includes travel if training outside your home.
